Responsibilities
- Responsible for Installing, configuring, and updating PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
- Manage and configure switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Handle VLANs, ports configuration, and basic routing.
- Ensure proper network cabling and connectivity at HQ.
- Daily monitoring IT infrastructure and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
- Overseeing computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Overseeing and maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users for the above-mentioned IT HW.
- Setting up accounts for new users and overseeing their beverages, Assist with onboarding of new users.
- SAGE ERP system: backup, connectivity and ensuring the stability.
- Database administration.
- Follow up with SLA with MCIT.
- Provide regular reports for day-to-day IT topics as well as other upon request reports.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Good knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Good people skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients.
- Good understanding of system and network infrastructure.
