Responsibilities
- Respond to all function requirement related to operations software tools, such as ticket system and call center system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare sales reports and point –of-sale status as a dashboard ready for viewing for sales and operations support teams.
· Developer operational manual, for default POS terminals for VAS and LYD and train sales operation teams
· Receive requests to replace the added service card with an instant settlement card . And correspondence with the POS support team to complete the replacement procedures .
· Helping in POS onboarding .
· Work with operations and saes teams to ensure clear translation of all requirements.
· Track , analysis and monitor performance metrics .
· Performing ad-hoc analysis when needed.
· Effectively communicate the insights and reports to operations and sales team members and management within TT.
· Develop full set reports /Dashboards that will help the operation and sales departments understand the main business drivers.
· Train the operations team on the data extraction tools.
· Do insight data analyst related to acceptance method.
